Retake Policy:
Successful Attendees
Students who have paid their course registration fee in full and have attended all or part of a class are eligible to attend another session of the same class at no additional cost. This offer is valid for a period of one year from the start date of the original class.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Students who have paid their course registration fee in full but cancelled with less than 8 full days or simply chose not to show up for their scheduled class are eligible to attend another session of the same class for a cost equal to 10% of their original registration fee. This offer is valid for a period of one year from the start date of the original class.

Notice for Confirmation or Cancellation of Class Dates:
roundpeg sends an official class confirmation or rescheduling notice 7 full business days before the start date of a class. Please make any necessary travel plans with this policy in mind. Classes may be rescheduled due to instructor conflicts or low student enrollment. If you are in a class, which is canceled, we will help in any way to find a replacement class for you.
Customer Cancellations:
To ensure accuracy in the number of students attending a class, students who wish to cancel their registration or change their class date must do so with at least 8 full business days prior to the scheduled start date of a public class. Students cancelling with at least 8 full days notice are eligible for a full refund. Students rescheduling with at least 8 full days notice may do so at no additional cost. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows with less than 8 full business days of class date are not eligible for a refund, but are eligible for our retake policy.
